On Monday, the 16th inst., the X.Z. LoaiifalulMcrcantile Agency Co., Ltd. held a clearing sale on account of Mr W. H. Fenwick, Toiiki. There was a large attendance of the public, and bidding was very keen on everything offered, but several buyers who Vere present were' unable to operate largely on account of shortage of feed. All of the machinery was in first class order and the stock were in exceptionally irood condition, and consequently sold very readily.
