HIS MAJESTY'S PICTURES
A great Nordisk sensational dramatic story entitled "Dr. Gar-el-Ham-ar," occupies chief position on the new programme on Thursday at Bernard's. This remarkable picture is a sequel to the famous Nordisk success of last year. "The Dead Man's Child," and for thrilling and exciting incidents, completely eclipses that popular photo-play. The chief character is Dr Gar-de-Hamai 4 , otherwise the Oriental poisonei, and the picture traverses over a hundred wondrous, tecenes of Oriental grandeur. So rapid, realistic, and thrilling are the episodes, that the onlooker is caught and whirled away into a region of intense excitement and enthralling interest. The supporting items include another wonderful film of an entirely different nature, "Pursued by a Lioness," a sensational animal picture introducing several full-grown leopards and a lioness. Scenes on the Adriatic, wonders of Crystalliaism, and a host of comics serve to make a splendid programme.
