"OUR FUTURE LIES ON WATER.'

Berlin, June 15
The twenty-fifth anniversary of the Kaiser's accession is being celebrated throughout Germany to-day by lavish decorations, fetes, and inscriptions of famous utterings, including "Our future lies on Water." Germans in England raised £37,000 which the Kaiser is devoting to a fund for aged and infirm Germans in Britain.
During the commemoration ceremony at the Reichstag, the President described the Kaiser as the "Prince of Peace," and added: "We draw swords only to defend the German people's means of .existence."
