ACCIDENTS & FATALITIES.
RACEHORSE INJURES THREE MEN. [Fkr Prbss Association.] Auckland, June 14. At Buckland and Sons' sale yards yesterday, the racehorse 'Luperin. when, being exercised for the benefit of buyers,'became fractious, and knocked down six men, three of whom were more or lesa seriously injured. The horse struck Wm. Patterson, an elderly man, with its front feet and threw him on the ground, where he was trampled upon. John Delaney and J. Winters were also badly hurt and the two latter were removed to the hospital. It is feared that Patterson is injured internally. Delaney's injuries are not serious.
