INVERCARGILL SESSIONS. [Per Press, Association.] Invercargill, June 12. At the Supreme Court yesterday, the hearing of the appeal of Colin Clerrard. against a conviction of theft a motor tyre was concluded, and Sir Joshua Williams stated that he would forward a written judgment in :V fortnight. In divorce, a decree nisi was grant'd in the case of Lucy Ellen Rodgers v. Frances Deighton Rodgers, desertion.
