IXVERCARGILL SESSIONS. '• Invercargill, June 9. ' At the Supreme Court torday, before Sir Joshua Williams, the: civil case Royds Bros, and Kirk l v. Robert L. Wilson, Waimate, was cohcluded. Plaintiffs contended that Wilson, senr., was the owner of the business, and that the son was acting as manrtgei,'. Defendant and his son denied that defendant was the owner of the business. His Honor reserved his de- . cision. The ; Wallacetown Motor Omnibus Company proceeded against Wright, Stephenson and Company for £2lO damages, sustained by a collision between plaintiff's motor bus and defendant's motor car. The collision took place- in December last and plaintiffs contended that it was caused by the " driver of defendant's car taking the wrong side when entering the main road from a by-road.
