PThe Government Meteorologist (B-ev ), C. Bates) telegraphed this afterioon as follows : The indications are for westerly strong winds with a tenporarily southerly tendency. The weather will probably prove cold and showery. The bfcwmeter has a rising tendency, but is unsteady.
