During the evening, it v ls supposed j a district messenger asked that the box be removed to another cloakroom, and secured a second-ticket for it. At live o’clock in the morning a cab drove up, and a man presented a second ticket, and the porters lifted the box into the cab. When Freeman’s presented their ticket, the theft was discovered. Five hundred poufids reward has been offered.
