LIGHTING THE REFINERY. New Plymouth, June 2. Fires were lighted in the Taranaki Oil Wells refinery this morning to test the connections, which appear to be perfect. It is expected that crude oil will be put through in a fortnight, when it is hoped Captain Halsey will be present.
