MARINE MISHAPS.
STEAMERS AGROUND. INGA IN KAIPARA HARBOUR. [Per Press Association.] • Wellington, May 29. The Marine Department is advised from Tekoperu that the steamer Inga., 948 tons, owned by the Craig Line, Auckland, is aground on a patch of rocks below Toka Toka, in Kaipara Harbour. The amount of the damage is not ' ascertained. THE INGA BERTHED AT AOROA. Dargaville, May 30. Early yesterday morning the steam-. or Inga loaded timber for Newcastle f and Sydney. Steaming to the heads, she mistook the channel at Tokatoka, ' and struck the rocks, a hole being torn in her hull. The captain deemed it advisable to return for inspec-: tion, and the vessel was berthed at ; Aoroa. It will bo necessary' to discharge half a million feet of timber in order that a survey may b© made. THE KOENIG ALBERT AGROUND.
