DOMINION DAIRY SHOW.
NO DELAYS. How frequently one hears the remark after some show: “Oh, if I'had only exhibited, I am sure I would have taken first prize,” and yet when the opportunity occurs again these procrastinators are generally in exactly the same position. The committee of the Winter Show issues a timely warning to rail-sitters, and offers great inducements for them to tumble over on the popular side, aild thus do away with the necessity for indulging in further vain regrets. To the firms dealing in machinery pertaining to the dairy industry; agriculture, and so forth, no better advertising medium could be secured than by taking the necessary space to exhibit their several lines; and dog and poultry breeders will find it to their advantage to exhibit for precisely the same reasons. What housewife does not appreciate praise of her culinary arts or her skill with the needle? She has the opportunity of bearing some most complimentary remarks at the corning show if she will only take the trouble to enter. The school boy and school girl will find that their interests have been well studied; so likewise have the interests of the fruitgrower, bee-keeper, and the tiller of the soil. There is room in the vast show building for all who care to enter exhibits, and no time should be lost-in aplying to the secretary CMr A. M. Conroy, Box 147, Hawera), for. schedules, entry forms, and any information that may be required regarding space. Entries close at ID p.m. on Saturday. Juno 14.
