MINING AT WAIHI.
NO SHORTAGE OF MEN. [Per Press Association.] Waihi, May 24. The Superintendent of the Grand Junction mine, who, in a statement to the Press, complained recently of the shortage of miners, says that now ample men are available. A Grand Junction miner, who had to knock off recently as the result of an accident, was told this morning that the mine was full up, and the management were turning men away.
