THE OBSERVATORY BOMB. I- ( [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.] London, May 21. . The bomb which exploded in the Edinburgh Observatory contained several pounds of gun powder in an earthenware jar, and was fired by a fuse thirty feet long. Fragments uf the bomb were embedded in the wall. Bloodstains have been found, indicating that one of the perpetrators was injured by glass, which was blown fifty yards away. AN INOENDIARIST. Miram Pratt, 23, a school teacher, has been arrested for incendiarism at Storeys Way, Cambridge.
