PROSPECTS OF WAR. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.] London, May 19. The Daily Telegraph’s Pekin correspondent reports that a formidable enveloping movement of northern troops is proceeding for the occupation of strategic points on the old Yang-tso, isolating and menacing Kiangsi. The newspapers state that all tho troops in the vicinity of Pekin are armed in readiness. The Cantonese General Chenyuhsen, of revolutionary fame, has been summarily beheaded. The development has created a sensation.
