The relations between Servia and Bulgaria are easier. At Russia’s instance Servia is willing to cede Monaatir to Bulgaria. London, May 19, The British-India, Cunard, Oceanic, Royal Mail and other shipping companies have combined to insure against war contingencies on reasonable terms, instead of panic rates. Government experts are inspecting the merchantmen being constructed in various yards, with a view to their suitableness as transports in wartime. Sofia, May 10.
