NE TEMERE DECREE.
MIXED MARRIAGES. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.] London, May 19. The Bishop of> Manchester states that the' Redemptionist Fathers are conducting a mission at Burnley, and inducing parties to mixed marriages to submit to re-marriage, upon which they called the blessing of the church in conformity with the Ne Teraere Decree. A wife with a child left her husband in consequence of a Redemptionist stating that she was living in open adultery. The Bishop suggests that the father of the child should bring a libel action.
