whangamomona county COUNCIL. SPECIAL ORDER MAKING SPEC- , JAL BRIDGE RATE. (STRATHMORE RIDING.) is hereby given of the -i-v Institution of a Special Order: — In pursuance and exercise of the powers svested in it in that behalf by the “fiocat Bodies Loans Act, 1908,” and amendments, the Whangamomona County Council hereby resolves as follows That for the purpose of providing thb interest and sinking fund to sefctlre the repayment of a loan or loans to be raised under the provisions of the “Local Bodies! Loans Act, 1908,” and its amendments, for providing the funds for the reconstruction of bridges on roads in the Strathmore" Ridffng of the County of Whangamomona under the jurisdiction Of the Whangamomona Gohhty Council, the said Council hereby makes and levies a Special Rate of one farthing in the pound (Id in the £) (to be called a bridge rate) upon the capital valhe 6f all the rateable property comprised within the Strathmore Riding of the County pf Whangamomona, and. that suftn Special rate shall be an Annual Reburring Rate during the Currency of such loan or loans, and be .payable half-yearly on the first day of January and the first day of July in each and every year during the currencyof such loan or,loans, or until aitch loan or loans are fullypaid off.
