At a meeting of the Council of the New Zealand Football Association, a request from Auckland for the removal of the suspensions of J. Bentley for insulting a referee was refused. Bentley was disqualified in 1911 till the end of the 1913 season. The Otago Association was granted permission to play a match with representatives of H.M.S. New Zealand, the proceeds going to the Scott Memorial Fund.

Challenges for the Brown Shield matches were received from Otago, Taranaki, Canterbury, and Manawatu It was decided that Wellington be asked to play Otago on June 23, and that all other challenge matches be played within three weeks of one another. The annual meeting was fixed for May 30. The following will represent Stratford 111. v. Eltham 111. at Eltham to-morrow; —Syrae, Collins (2), Cameron, Sangster, Vickers, Till, D. Sullivan, Bishop, Milner, Law, Sheahan, A. Stewart, .). Crossan, Hart. Brake leaves Post Office at 2.15 sharp.
