EVACUATION OF SCUTAHi. THE .FATE OF MONTENEGRO. [By Electric Telegraph—Coryhight] [United Press Association.] Cettinje, May 11. M. Evukotich has formed a Cabinet. King Nicholas summoned the whole of tho Skuptschina to the palace, and declared that Russia, Servia and Greece had counselled submission. Europe and Russia would continue to protect Montengero.
AGREEMENT BEING SIGNED
Cettinje, May 10. Tho Governor of Scutari, Admiral Baurney, has signed tho evacuation protocol, and tho Montenegrin troops are with-drawing. St. Petersburg, May 10. An agreement between Reumania and Bulgaria lias been signed. It gives Roumauia Silistria, with'the fortifications, and also an increase of territory on the frontier from Popina (on tho Danube) to Kokardja, and thence to Capo Shabla. FIGHTING CEASED. Salonika, May 10. Artillery were engaged in tho Porthos fight, which has now ceased. THE KING’S ACTION APPROVED. Cettinje, May 11. The newspapers deplore the evacuation, but approve of King Nicholas’s action.
