MYSTERIOUS AFFAIRS.
STRANGER FOUND SHOT. [By Electric ' [United Press Association.] (Received 8.45 a.m.) London, May 11. A young man, believed to lie named Hunscheidt, was discovered shot on the outside of the Toulon Arsenal. Ho had previously been living in a mysterious manner at Kensington, whence he Ted after a strange German had itansaCked his rooms and letters. The mystery increased by the real Hunscheidt re-appearing. He states that the dead man, named Fitter, stole his passport, after engaging him as an interpreter. ! The police are doubtful whether the case ii one of espionage or is a lore mystery.
