THE COUNCIL OF WAR

Some leading newspapers view the Austro-Hungarian invasion of Albania with consternation, as involving the gravest perils without compensation. The Neue Freie Presse fears that the occupation would divide Austria’s strength as a central European Power at a critical moment.
