BIRD ROAD. / There were, present 20 householders, a,ml L. E. Ham was voted to the chair. The report, and balance sneet were, adopted unanimously. Nine gentlemen were nominated for the committee, and asjxqly seven were reunited a ballot was taken, which resulted in Messrs E. Boyle, L. E. Harm, J. W. Crowe, G. Giddy, H. Bowling, J.
