HIS MAJESTY’S PICTURES. The chief attraction at the Majesty’s this evening is a 3000 feet drama of a popular story, namely, “Margaret Catchpole.” It is a thrilling and romantic story dealing with the life of a young English girl who falls in love with a convict. Love proves Strong with this lass, and, disguised as a man, she follows her convict lover to the penal settlement, and together they work out their destiny in a manner calculated to interest any motion picture audience. The supporting items are all first-class subjects. The River Orme is stated to be the best kinemacolour film yet screened here. “A Day on Board a Spanish Man of War” is highly interesting. “Way of the Mountain” is a stirring story of California, coast life. In fact for variety and highclass pictures the programme will bo hard to beat.
