HERD - TESTING.

STRATFORD AND MIPHIRST FEBRUARY FIGURES. ■ ! STRATFORD DAIRY FACTORY. The monthly figures of the Stratford and Midhirst Cow-Testing Associations are now available, the summary of the former for the period ending April 16th, being Highest herd average 27.17; lowest, 17.08; average Association Cow, 22.02; ton highest cows average, 39.22; lowest, 9.95; the best cow gave, 46.62; worst, 4.65. The highest quantity of milk given by one cow was 11401b5., which, at a test of 3.8, produced 43.321bs butter-fat. The lowest quantity of milk given by one cow was 9dbs, which, at a test of 4.8, produced 4.651ba but-ter-fat. Detailed results are:—

MIDHIRST ASSOCIATION. The monthly summary of figures for the Midhirst Cow-Testing Associaiton, ending April 11th, is as follows:—Highest herd average 33 77; lowest 13.40; average Association cow, 24.81; ton highest cows averaged 45.76; lowest 7.50. The best cow gave 52.87; worth, 3.96. The highest quantity of milk given by one cow was 11251b5, which, at a test of 4.7, produced 52.871bs butter-fat. The lowest quantity of milk given by one cow was 1201bs, which, at a test of 3.3 produced 3.961bs but ter-fat. \ Details:—•
