THE SUFFRAGETTES.
DUDLEY CASTLE OUTRAGE. - nniiß London, April 19. Some youths have confessed to the Dudley Castle outrage, ’ which was attributed to the suffragettes. Sevei'al witnesses identified two suffragettes in Holloway prison as the perpetrators bf the Englefield Green outrage. EXPLOSIVES AT A RAILWAY STATION. A canister of gunpowder, surrounded by inflammable material and burning candles, was found at Aberdeen railway station. It is supposed to be the work of suffragettes. A TERRIBLE THREAT. A bomb was placed on the steps of Smeaton Tower; Plymouth. It contained half a pound of gunpowder. A wick had been lighted, but the wind extinguished it. An inscription ■was attached: “Votes for women, or death in ten minutes for twelve thousand.”
