The Avondale Jockey Club’s meeting was resumed in fine weather. There was a large attendance and the course was in good order. Eesults: — Nursery Handicap.—Loloma 1, Tinopai 2, Soultikotf 8. All started. Won by a length. Time, Imin 15 4-ssec. Flying Handicap.—Toreador 1, Tripoli 2, Lucille 3. Scratched: Lady Thorn and Sir Walter. Won by a length‘and a half. Time 49 3-ssec. Maiden Hurdles.—Pip 1, Merrimax 2, Tiri 3. Scratched: Admiral Souft. A* great race; won by a head. Time, 3m in 18 3-6 sec.

Autumn Handicap.—Phosphorus 1, Tragedy King 2, Kaween 3. Scratched: Wee Olga. Won by three quarters of a length. Time, Imin 55 4-ssec.
