The Government Meteorologist (Rev. D. C. Bates) telegraphed this afternoon as follows:
The indications are for south-east-erly moderate to strong winds, squally at times. The weather will probably l)e cool and changeable. The night will probably be very cold with frosts inland. Barometer unsteady, but little movement.
