THE BELGIUM STRIKE.
[By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] ' [United Press Association.] Brussels, April 17. It is estimated that 270,000 are idle. Fifteen arrests have been made owing to attacks on non-strikers. There is a shortage of dockers at Antwerp, and many ships are being delayed. Large consignments of English and German coal have reached Mons.
