AERIAL NAVIGATION. DIRIGIBLES FOR BRITAIN. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association j London, April 15. The Admiralty is negotiating for the construction of dirigibles by Vickers, Armstrongs and Scott, of Greenock, who are establishing an industry for the purpose.
“GOOD DAY, WILLIAM.” Before the German airship which descended at Luneville, in French territory, has been allowed to go back, the frame work of the ship had to be washed clean. It was covered with hundreds of inscriptions chalked on it by the crowd, such as “A has I’Allemagno” (Down with Germany), and “Bonjour Guillaume” (Good day, William.)
