Both claim a victory. THE SALONIKA QUESTION. Sofia, April 14. M. Popoff, Director of Statistics, claims that Salonika is essentially Bulgarian. If Greek, it would only complete the Piraeus, and Salonika would be dangerous to the national industries of all the Balkan States.;
