There are strong dissensions among the members of the Marconi Committee respecting Mr Heybourn’s refusal to describe how he placed 350,000 shares. Witness objected to give details.

Mr Godfrey Isaacs, in his evidence, described the. placing of a quarter of a' million shares, and asserted that the outcry was originated by the stockbrokers, who wbre promoting the Ponlsen system.
