The official report of the Luneville incident states that the French inspection does not justify the inference that France is now in a position to imitate Zeppelins.

Mi' Holinan (Attorney-General for New South Wales) biplaned to an altitude of 1000 feet at Farnborougli. He was greatly impressed with the value of the machine for scouting purposes.
GRAHAM WHITE'S OFFER

.London, April 9
Mr Graham E. White has submitted to the Government an offer to raise two million sterling for an establishment for aerodromes, the purchase of hydroplanes for service on the east coast, and the construction of dirigibles. The organisation is prepared to train 500 pilots for the army, and 500 for the navy annually.
