Mr Pease's Bill also deprives an offender of holding a public office or of voting for seven years.
MANCHESTER GUARDIAN'S OPINION.

The Manchester Guardian considers that the Bill is unsatisfactory as it does not require electors to register for only one constituency, and gives the liberty to select same at the last moment as well as the place of registration.
REDISTRIBUTION BILL
(Received 11.25 a.m.) London, April 9
Sir H. Kimbcr, Unionist member for Wandsworth, introduced a Redistribution Bill, which provides that every constituency with upwards of 65,000 shall have one member, with an additional member for every complete 65,000.
