The Government itfeteormogiat (Rev D. O. Bates) telegraphed this afternoon as follows: The indications are foor southerly moderate to strong winds; squally at times, and a tendency to decrease. Expect changeable and showery weather, with probably a cold night with frosts inland. Barometer rising slowly.
