(Gladstone, bought as a yearling for lOOgns, was quitted at tbreg years old for 1200gns, while Spliition, who was also secured as a youngster for lOOgns, was sold at six years old for 4000gns. At fourteen years old Multiform was sold for 3750gns, while Cruciform at ten years old realised 1350gns.

A London cablegram states that the Lincolnshire Handicap resulted: —Berrildon 1, Junior 2, Grammon 3. There was a desperate tussle between Berrildon and Cuthbert over the last furlong. Cuthbert finished first by a head, but was disqualified for bumping and boring. A Sydney cablegram to-day states that Eudorus was passed in at 1200 guineas.
