WHEREAS by Section 89 of the Public Trust Office Act, 1908, (Part III.), it is enacted that the Public Trustee shall publish in the NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE, and in some newspaper circulating in the district in which the property is situated, a notice of his intenton to exercise the powers conferred on him by virtue of Part lIP of the said Act: NOW THIS IS TO NOTIFY that the Public Trustee is about to exorcise in respect of the estate of ARTHUR LEE GUINNESS: HUME, formerly of Whangamomona, in the Provincial District of Taanaki, labourer, but now of parts unknown, the powers conferred on him under Section 87 of the said Act by an order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand made at Wellington on the 11th day of March, 1913.
