NEW ZEALAND’S PROSPERITY. (Received 9.5 a.m.) Sydney,-March 29. Mr. N. Lorimer, Empire Trade Commissioner, in-tervieweti, said it was quite obvious that the general prosperity of New Zealand would result in the rapid and steady development oh the land. An outstanding feature of the extraordinary development is the manner in which production is increasing. This was very gratifying, as there was an unlimited market in England for Australasian produce. The scarcity of labour was one of the most vital problems in New Zealand.
