WEATHER FORECAST.
The Government Meteorologist (Rev. D. C. Bates) telegraphed this afternoon as follows: The indications are for westerly winds strong to gale and veering by west to south. Heavy rain is to be expected with rivers flooded. The weather will probably become very cold. Barometer very unsteady, hut rising soon.
