Mr McKenna, Home Secretary, has introduced a Bill dealing with hungerstrikers, also a Mental Deficiency Bill on the lines of last session’s Bill. Mr Murray McDonald introduced a Bill to abolish the necessity for members of Parliament vacating seats on accepting offices of profit under the Crown.
