NOTICE is hereby given that POLLS of the RATEPAYERS will bo taken at the BOROUGH COUNCIL CHAMBERS, Broadway, in the BOROUGH of STRATFORD, on WEDNESDAY, the 19th Day of MARCH, 1913, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. upon the Proposals of the Stratford Borough Council to raise (1) A Special Street Improvement Loan of £20,000. (2) A Special Drainage Extension and Improvement Loan of £12,000. (3) A Special Bridge Loan of £6OOO, and (4) A Special Waterworks Extension and Improvement Loan of £4OOO.
