ROMANOFF CELEBRATIONS
TREATMENT OF THE DUMA. (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (United Press Association.) (Received 8.55 a.in.) St. Petersburg, March 16. At the Romanoff celebration mem bers of the Duma were allotted back seats in Kaizan Cathedral. Notwithstanding the officials’ proteste, the President led the entire Duma to seats adjoining the Senate. At the gala banquet, the President was not allotted a scat, but upon protesting he secured proper recognition.
