AUSTRIA’S ALLEGED AGGRESSION. (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (United Press Association.) (Received 8.5 a.m.) An angry feeling has been aroused over the alleged Russian interpolation in a definite note that Austria cher. ishes aggression against Southern neighbours of Russia. The Government assert that the Austrian Ambassador assented to the inclusion of the interpolation. SERVIAN PILLAGING. The Reichspost reports that the Servians at Durazzo burned several villages and 20 women and children perished. RUSSIAN PRESS OPINION. The St. Petersburg press unfavourably criticise demobilisation, and declare that it will enable Austria to impose her will on the Allies. The Novoe Vremya violently denounces the stupifying confidence displayed. BULG ARIANS UNSUCCESSFULLY ATTACK ADRIANOPLE. (Received 1.5 p.m.) Constantinople, March 14. A fierce unsuccessful attack was made on South Adrianople on Thursday by the Bulgarians, who suffered heavy losses.
