NEEDS OF THE DOMINIONS.
THE CONCENTRATION OF OFFICES. London, March 3. Tho Improvements Committee has recommended the City Council to grant Earl Grey, for £3OOO per annum, tho option for two years of taking tho Strand Crescent site of 124,000 square feet, at an annual rental of £50,000. Sir E. Grey’s idea is to induce the various dominions to concentrate their offices. Another feature of the scheme is to provide accommodation for tho commercial and social needs of the dominions, including a permanent up-to-date exhibition of manufactured articles used in the dominions, with tho facilities for homo manufacturing and tho getting into touch with tho dominions’ customers.
