CHINA AND JAPAN.
A COMMERCIAL ENTENTE. By Electric Telegraph.—CnpvrightA (United Press Association.) Tokio, 3\larch 3. Or. Sun Vat Sen has completed his mission. In thanking Japan for her help during the revolution, he stated that he believed that ho had initiated a commercial entente which would develop into a political entente. He had conferred with the hankers and manufacturers, and had offered important concessions. As a result a Chino-Japane«e Commercial Trust Co., with a capital of a million sterling, will he formed to develop railway construction.
