MAKING UP SHORTAGE OF OFFICERS. (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (United Press Association.) (Received 8 a.m.) London, February 28. Oning to the shortage of junior officers, the Admiralty has decided to admit a limited number of naval reserve officers, between the ages of twenty-two and thirty-two, as officers of the military branch on the Navy’s supplementary list. The candidates must he trained for twelve months on full, half and retired nay rates similar to those on the supplementary list.
