GRAHAM WHITE’S PROPOSAL. (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.! (United Press Association.) f (Received 9.15 a.m.) London, February 28. Graham White proposes that the Mercantile air fleet be subsidised similar to steamships, the airships carrying mails in time of peace and guns in wartime; with aerodromes and air docks throughout the Kingdom, and schools for airmen if the Government support the proposal. Many financiers will be ready to launch the scheme.
