LAWN TENNIS. DAVIS CUP CHALLENGE. (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright (United Press Association.) London, February 27. The Tennis Association has received Germany’s challenge for the Davis Cup. SCULLING. PADDON v. ARNST. Sydney, February 27. At it meeting of Paddon’s supporters, it was decided to accept Arnst’s challenge to row for the championship of Australia. The match will he rowed on the Richmond River course on the 26th April for £2OO aside. The hulk of Paddon’s stake has been raised.
