There is a large attendance and the track is in splendid order. Stipendiary Stewards McMahon, Gibson and Gordon are present. Westmero Hurdles.—Sandy Paul i 1, Rercola 2, Marton 3. Scratched: Sleacornbe. Won by two lengths | comfortably. Time, 3rnin 57 l-ssec. j The stipendiaries held an inquiry j into Patriotic’s running in the Stewards, and suspended the rider (E. Lowe) for the meeting, for not riding his mount out.
