A Russian visitor tn Australia, Mr Vladimir Lubimenko, told a Sydney interviewer last week that he had been amused at the inter-State jealousies. Each State seemed to be working for its own little ends, instead of for the good of Australia as a whole. Another thing that had struck him was the large amount of pay the man who worked with his muscle got and the small amount that was paid to the man who worked with his brains.
