EG MONT RACING CLUB. INCREASED STAKES. (Per Press Association.) Haw-era, February 25. The Egmont Racing Club last night resolved to put on the programme for .the 1914 summer meeting a six furlong race of 400 sovs. for two-year-olds and upwards, weight for age, with penalties and allowances, tor which entries will qlose in May. The Club will also put on a mile race of 400 sovs. for three-year-olds and upwards, weight for age, with penalties and allowances, for which entries will close in August. These will be run on the first and second days of the meeting respectively.
